Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped. Our shipping charge in the U.S. is $8.95. For all orders over $200, please email Customer Service for shipping rates.

If you are interested in shipping outside of the U.S., standard shipping and handling will be $21.95. For all international orders over $150.00, please email Customer Service for shipping rates.

We take great pride in our products, and we hope you’re delighted with your purchase. But if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date forĀ a refund (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.

All returns may be made via mail. Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges.

To make a return or exchange, please return a duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us or call our Customer Service at 917.309.3245 to obtain a return authorization number.
